I feel that the training benefited me in many ways; I experienced a lot and learned a lot. Alone and together with others. At the same time, I was in the middle of an experiential pedagogic process myself, but at the same time in the role of a director, getting something to draw from for my own directing and my work.
The best thing about training was the whole thing! It's hard to highlight one single thing, because you had built such a wonderful and multi-layered whole, and we all contributed to it.
